Q The Tailor is a bespoke house. The craftsmanship behind our men's custom clothing — full canvas, hand finishing, cloth chosen by hand — now extends, in full, to women. Not adapted. Not scaled down. Cut from the canvas up for how a woman is actually built.
The Work
Full canvas construction, with hand-stitched, non-fused interfacings. A suit that keeps its shape and its dignity for years.
Australian merino wool. Cloth that breathes, drapes, and rewards the hand that touches it.
The details we reserve for our finest commissions, now standard: pick stitching, ticket pockets, proper pockets where you expect them.
Side belt adjusters on skirts and trousers, and seam allowance left generous — because a life has seasons, and a good suit should move through them with you.
Proportions cut as separates and fitted in person, so the woman who is fuller above and trimmer below is finally measured as herself.

Consultation
A private conversation about your work, your wardrobe, and your standard. Cloth is chosen by hand.

Measurement and fittings
You are measured as yourself, not a size chart. A basted trial garment is fitted on your body and refined.

Your finished garment, cut for you alone — and a tailor who knows your pattern for every commission after.
